3. Sushil Kumar:



The Bronze medal winner at the Beijing Olympic Games, Sushil Kumar got the prestigious chance of leading the Indian contingent at the ongoing London Olympics and was also the India’s flag bearer on the opening ceremony on July 27th. The latest best achievements of Sushil were at the 2010 World Wrestling Championships, where he created history after becoming the first Indian Wrestler to win a Gold medal and he also bagged another gold medal at the 2010 Commonwealth games.

Sushil comes from Baprola village in the South West Delhi and is currently serving for the Indian Railways as the Assistant Commercial Manager. Remaining calm and composed for the games might be the motto for his success. He has also won Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award, which is considered to be the highest honor given to any Indian sportsperson.
