This program has been conducted in various cities across India since 2015, and in the last few years we are glad to have associated with over 2000 principals and schools. At Tata ClassEdge, we strongly believe that this leadership programme will encourage critical thinking, teamwork and a visionary attitude in our fellow principals. It is our aim to support principals who can foster a positive climate for institutional development in their schools. With the Principal Leadership Programme, we are confident of achieving this goal”.
A principal must be an educator but is also expected to play the role of a visionary, an efficient administrator, a role model for students, a mentor for teaching and non-teaching staff, a brand ambassador for parents and pioneer. Tata ClassEdge developed the ‘Principals’ Leadership Programme’ to address this crucial need for the education management.
