Tech Companies with the Toughest Job Interviews

Facebook, the social networking giant, is also counted in the list of companies with the toughest interviews. The brainchild of Mark Zuckerberg, Eduardo Saverin, Andrew McCollum, Dustin Moskovitz and Chris Hughes, which is believed to follow one of the most stringent interview procedures, has garnered a difficulty rating of 3.3 out of a possible 5. And 67 percent of the interviewees screened by this firm gave positive remarks with regard to the overall interview experience.   



5. Microsoft



With an interview difficulty rating of 3.3, Microsoft, the world’s largest software maker measured in terms of revenues, occupies the fifth slot in the list of IT companies with the toughest job interviews.



As per the respondents, though the job interviews at Microsoft, which is arguably the most valuable company in the world is one of the hardest to sail through, it offers an experience of a life time, with a remarkable 70 percent of the respondents claiming that they were extremely happy with the overall interview experience.
