San Jose based Adobe Systems is also counted while considering the firms with the toughest interviews. Established by John Warnock and Charles Geschke in the year 1992, this multinational firm that specializes in creation of multimedia and creative software products has garnered an interview difficulty rating of 3.3. While nearly 71 percent of the applicants who applied for various positions in the organization reported to have been thoroughly happy with overall interview experience. 



3. Amazon



With a nerve-racking interview difficulty rating of 3.4, Amazon, the world’s largest online retailer, has made it to the third spot on our list.



In spite of the difficulties, 60 percent of the candidates who were screened for various positions reported that they were quite satisfied with the interview process at the firm.
