Many of the young as well as experienced workers in this sector have also complained regarding their salaries. They have complained that not many of them will receive the salary on time or even if they receive it, they won’t receive the promised salary, as they can earn a large portion of their salary only through incentives that are all based on their performance. Apart from that, as the BPO employees have the pressure of time discipline, they develop psychological pressure to complete their given task that is considered to be very difficult to achieve.

As one of the employee said, if the targets are not met at the given time then the stress increases a lot more than expected which is very difficult to handle. In a BPO office even breaks are monitored very carefully as the employees are observed very carefully whenever they take a break to figure out how long they are taking the break in the middle of their work.
