Apart from that, as the BPO employees have the pressure of time discipline, they develop psychological pressure to complete their given task that is considered to be very difficult to achieve.

In a BPO office even breaks are monitored very carefully as the employees are observed very carefully whenever they take a break to figure out how long they are taking the break in the middle of their work.
