Bangalore: Eventhough BPOs exist to be a happy place for many of the youngsters as they get lot of opportunities in this sector, there are many who think that it is the job sector where we can’t expect any job growth even if we get a job in this sector. In spite of all these thoughts, BPO jobs at present are the hotspot destinations for many of the college grads who have just now finished their college life.  These jobs stand at the top because, it creates more jobs for people who don’t have any sought of experience.

So, how good is to be a BPO worker?

Yes, in one of the article published in rediff website reported a BPO worker telling that the workers in the BPO sector would be handling more than 200 calls per day, which means they are suppose to handle lot of stress everyday as they won’t be able to take long minutes of break after every call. More than anything else, whoever works in the BPO sector also need to follow the shift timings like as the morning shift, night shifts etc whenever needed and again because of that you won’t get a permanent timings for your job.
