According to various surveys that are conducted across India, the sign of depression is the most common thing that is faced by many young workers who are working in BPO sector. They frequently experience lot of fatigue, sleeping disorders and frustration as the burden of their work increases day by day. Regardless of all these problems, another major problem they suffer is by tolerating the anger of their clients. For many young BPO employees tolerating the clients’ anger has become a routine, reports Ramandeep Kaur on the Naukri Hub website.

In spite of all these disadvantages of working in a BPO, many youngsters are opting to work in the BPOs as many BPO firms offer them an attractive pay package with various other benefits. So, in this case there is nothing to blame upon the youngsters who select this sector because, it is for sure they get attracted to these various benefits as soon as they finish their college life.
