3. Learn to be firm:



If you try to be very nice, definitely you will lose out many good opportunities. And if you are in a managerial position, you need to learn how to be firm and that doesn’t mean you need to be nasty either overnight. You just need to find the midway of being too helpful and being too nasty. If you want to tell any of your team mate about their poor performance don’t hesitate to tell them about it because if you don’t inform them about their performance they will continue to give the poor performance in the future as well which can lead a bad impact on your team.
