4. Don’t avoid Confrontation every time:
It is true that, disagreeing something is not done all the time. But there is nothing wrong in showing your confrontation sometimes. It is always good to say “thank you” whenever needed; tell sorry whenever necessary, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t show up your objection wherever needed because if you don’t confront wherever needed, it can lead a bad impact on the business altogether.
