Are you the one who just tell ‘Yes, I’ll do’ for the colleagues just to please them by your helpful nature? This can be because you feel that if you tell “No” to the help they ask, will make them feel bad and hurt them. Yes, it is accepted that helping others is really a good job, but you must learn to set your boundaries. If at all your own work is more and you are asked to help others to complete their work as well, boldly say “No” to them and explain your situation to them. This method also helps you to finish your work successfully on time.
