# Ease of doing business
This step has been taken for a better take and work towards strengthening of ‘Make in India’ campaign. Finance minister addressed the concerns towards implementation of several reforms that would help ease of doing business in India.
The government is inclined towards healthy encouragement for all businesses in India and added that issues such as liberal system of raising global capital, incubation facilities at centers of excellence would be looked after.
This fiscal budget also laid ground for seed capital and growth of businesses as the budget has simplified the procedures  for Indian corporate to attract foreign investments.
"Bankruptcy law reform that brings about legal certainty and speed, has been identified as a key priority for improving the ease of doing business," he said in the Budget 2015-16 presented to Parliament.
