# Strategy for growth
The whole agenda for the 2015-16 budget was set on reformation and new introductions pointed towards growth and helping people be on ease with businesses and help feed strongly and positively towards “Make in India” Campaign.
Arun Jaitley focused on the growth of the youth and thus the country in parallel. Jaitley also concentrated towards making the pace of cutting the fiscal deficit slow and thus his budget and reforms are to boost investment and making the ordinary people benefit from the mentioned programs.
Encouragement towards setting up of start-ups and new initiatives, especially by youths, has seen a positive back-up this budget.
