And when it comes to booming fields, there are few career paths that are certainly making it hot favorites among the graduates and are escalating with increased growth. Here is a list of careers that are worth chasing, which you can consider for sustain career growth, as reported by Yahoo Education.



#1 Registered Nurse: Are you compassionate and caring? Then you may opt for registered nursing as a career option. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, this particular field is expected to increase its workforce by 19 percent, from 2012 onwards. That means this career itself is creating over half a million new jobs. Isn’t that amazing?
Why it's booming: No surprises here because as the population ages, more number of medical problems are likely to increase arising and such individuals will require help and guidance of these registered nurses to take care of them.  Career expert Nicole Cook exclaimed, "If we go into a hospital, the diagnostic capability of equipment is pretty limited. Nurses are needed to interpret the results, to give them meaning. Nurses provide the human factor and interaction between whatever the data, injuries, or symptoms are," reports Yahoo Education.
