BANGALORE: Do you have a nagging suspicion that your current field might become obsolete? So individuals working in professions that are sighting increased automation and technological change could find their jobs practically extinct in the not-too-distant future.



Here is a list of jobs that are heading towards crisis in the current job avenue, as reported by Tony Moton of Yahoo Education.



#1 Farmer, Rancher and other Agricultural Manager: Farmers were once, almost literally, the backbone of the Indian economy but that has fairly reduced in the recent past. According to according to Bureau of labor statistics reports the farmers, ranchers, and other agricultural managers will see their workforce numbers decline by 19 percent from 2012 to 2022.



Why it's in crisis: Cultural changes have had a major role to bring in negative effect on farming jobs. Farmers are now willing to work in farms owned by corporations or selling them to industrials for fancy prizes. The profession simply doesn't have the appeal it once had in India and around the world.
