Adi’s disciplined approach, strong sense of fairness, laser sharp focus on value creation, and willingness to roll up his sleeves and get the hands dirty, greatly inspired the employees to work for the greater good of the company.

He also added that over the course of company’s transition and rapid expansion plans, Adi has been the pivotal force, which provided the required confidence and dealt with uncertainties.
