9. Be truthful
Honesty is the weapon to gain the trust of your employees. Do not tempt your employees by being overpromising. Be straight forward to your clients. Don't give false promises which can hamper the relationship of you, your employee and the organization. This will make the client companies lose the hope in you. The employees in your organization will feel the breach of trust because of which you may lose the best people in your organization.
