10. Keep your employees happy
Always use the mantra of keeping the employers happy and make them feel comfortable in the workplace. The person working in your office should like the nature of work and the office environment. If they don't like it then they would never give their 100 percent. Allow them to speak, explore their qualities and talents. Make your organization to be a platform for them to learn and improve. Don't discourage their ideas. You not find it appealing but it can be of great use for your industry in future.
