Admit the weakness of yours, when you start an organization don't ever try to overact and do something which may lead to great loss. Do what you know, if you want to do something new learn, read and observe a lot because you start working on it. Never be hesitant to learn from someone even they work under you. You learn from them is your gain and no loss for them.
