Mumbai, the financial capital of India, too figures among the worst destinations for IT professionals. It is slotted at the seventh position in this dubious list.



As per the Businessweek.com, high rate of pollution, inadequate infrastructure, disease, sanitation, political violence, worst slums, traffic jams, security issues and lack of proper medical facilities are some of the issues that elevated this vibrant city into this dubious list.



8. Nairobi, Kenya:



Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya, is next the list of worst destinations for IT professionals. This city is placed at the eight positions.



Some of the issues faced by the residents of this city are high crime rate, political violence, repression, disease, sanitation and unfavorable social environment.



As per the research of ORC Worldwide, violent crimes, shortages of water and electricity are significant drawbacks and can be a challenge in this city.
