IBM:



Reaching almost near to the HP’s hiring strategy of Microsoft, almost 680 of IBM’s employees are from Microsoft. Either IBM employee list is not shocking as it is another business venture where employees want to join for a career progress. Who doesn’t like to work with a company who came up with the major inventions like automated teller machine, floppy disks, hard disk drives, the Universal Product Code and many more in the list of most received in the fastest tech world. Based on the servers and enterprise-infrastructure business IBM could easily draw some talented Microsoft employees from their enterprise-infrastructure pool.



 



 



Oracle:



Oracle is another land for enterprise-infrastructure business which also hired a number of 652 former Microsoft employees. Also it has a big hunk of salespeople from Microsoft. Co-founder and the CEO of Oracle, Larry Ellison seems more interested to hire the top talented employees to challenge the competitors.  According to the available data Oracle has 108,429 employees, worldwide. And the company is known for its very high performance culture which is oriented on output. Along with its functional freedom, it has a strong value system. Oracle has its name fame for empowering its employees also.
