Amazon:

Next to internet giant, Google it is Amazon who hired another thousand of Microsoft employees. To support the back-end infrastructure of this e-commerce company, of course they need professionally efficient hands. It is not surprising if they could employ a thousand former Microsoft employees as the company is one of the top ranked for generating billion dollar revenue and has employed more than fifty thousand of employees globally. As Amazon does well in both content and gadget selling all over the world, it is not shocked to see new generation careerists land job in this e-commerce company.

Though, Hewlett-Packard didn’t hire a thousand ex-Microsoft employees, it could hire around 700 employees from Microsoft. Reportedly, the major hiring for company’s sales department and also for cloud computing. Though, HP and Microsoft had signed for offering private and public cloud solutions in the end of last year, as the competition between Apple’s PC and HP’s PC getting strong in the PC market, they will be hiring more experienced candidates from top-ranked companies like Microsoft, Apple, IBM etc.
