Authenticity and reliability should be the key to get hold of customers’ interest on you. The very way to build the credibility is to interact with customers. It is better to adapt the story telling style to refocus the attention and to convey complex ideas. While you disagree with their ideas, you have to be more polite. Story telling principle can build up a personal and emotional connection between you and your customers.
