4. Poor Time Management:



Time management frequently shows how productive you are. For a manager, time management is the essential skill to be accomplished. You should manage your time using different skills, tools and techniques to successfully handle your tasks, projects, goals and other schedules. It is not a mock when your scheduled works have not met when you run to stifle an emergency. You have to tackle the situations by achieving more in less time and by dropping out unnecessary ones.
