5. Talent can exist anywhere

India Inc is slowly waking up to the fact that there is raw talent waiting to be discovered all over the country. As a result of which the divide between Tier 2 and Tier 3 colleges are slowly dissolving all across  the nation.

Challenges: The Pain-Points

The country is currently plagued by the crisis of confidence for skills and careers. The conventional model of universities churning out volumes and industries employing or picking up the same is a thing of the past. Employers across India are with a view that spending additional time to retrain candidates after college is far from being an attractive business proposition.

Hence there is an urgent need for academic revival in the country. Students should be groomed as per the requirements and standards of the industry, and to facilitate this, the faculties at institutions should be livelier and better equipped to impart knowledge.
