4. Never criticize about your employer or about your colleagues to your replacement: Before leaving your company, you should not badmouth your boss or any of your co- workers to the third person who is your replacement. Besides that, you should leave for him/her to decide whether they are good or bad, even if the person replacing you asks about them, you should keep your mouth shut. Remember, that your replacement can have a totally different experience in that organization than what you did.
