Boston based, multinational management consulting firm, Bain & Company, is slotted at the fifth position in the list, thanks largely to its interview difficult rating of 3.7 and the duration of the entire interview process that typically lasts for around 28 days.
According to the respondents, though the interview were tough, they were not unfair.

Established in 1979, Gartner Inc. is an IT research and advisory firm that is based in Stamford, Connecticut, United States. The company specializes in providing technology related insights that are targeted at CIOs and senior IT leaders in industries.
Landing a job at this firm is considered as one of the toughest in the world and this is for a reason. Candidates aspiring to work at this company must first crack an interview that is designed to test their mental proficiencies to the fullest, plus the grueling 35 day long screening process adds to the difficulty of being hired by this organization.
