Majority of Indian Professionals All Set For a Job Change

The early theme, career-for-life has been diminished in the present trend, as the thought regarding the career perspective has changed in the people’s mind and more professionals are been looking out for a career change even when they are happy at their current job. But, as there are a large number of professionals looking out for a career change, this trend seems to be challenging both for the employees as they look on for their next best employer, as well as for the employers as they wish to retain their talented employees, opines Kelly Services India, Managing Director, Kamal Karanth.

This workplace survey conducted by Kelly Services also figured out that, nearly 46 percent of the Indian professionals are constantly looking out for a career change by being active job seekers. But, more than in India, it was in Indonesia and China who became the leaders in this regard as in Indonesia, approximately 74 percent of the country’s professionals were looking out for a career change and 61 percent of the Chinese professionals were searching for a new job constantly.
