Majority of Indian Professionals All Set For a Job Change

Bangalore: As job hopping has become a predominant trend in the present economy, Indian professionals are no less than anyone else when it comes to changing of their profession frequently. The reasons might vary from one person to another person when it comes for a job change and the primary reason might be their dissatisfaction towards the job, but, according to a workplace survey that was conducted by the recruiting firm Kelly Services, it reported that, nearly, 52 percent of the Indian workforce were of the opinion that, changing jobs can be an essential factor towards their career, as it gives them a chance to evaluate the best options that can help them to advance in their career stream as well as also it might help them to climb the career ladder by securing high positions in their career path, reports Samidha Sharma on ‘The Times of India’ website.
