3. Try meeting up him/her personally outside the workplace:



Whenever you are free from your busy schedule, try and meet your perfectionist colleague outside the office personally and try to explain him or her, that due to their perfectionist attitude others are facing much problem. During the talk, try to avoid blaming him as a person and just highlight about the one habit in him or her which is creating problems for others.
