Bangalore: Perfectionism is good for our life in all the ways for some extent, but after a few extents, it turns down to be frustrating not only for you but if you are a perfectionist at workplace definitely you will be having a big frustration for your colleagues. And if you are not a perfectionist you might have come across some perfectionists at your workplace by which you might be experiencing some frustration. 1. Guide the perfectionist employee:



If your colleague or your team mates are good in completing all the assigned work on time, then you need not ask for any sought of changes in them as it can be beneficial to the company itself. If they are independent workers, it’s good for you, as you don’t have to be monitoring every time and guiding them at every move. Do not interfere in their activities if they are not a cause of concern for others; don’t interfere in anyways in his style of working. You can just monitor on them closely and guide them whenever they are in need of your help.
