5. Biomedical Engineer:



If you have a passion for biology and aspire to solve biomedical problems related to people? Biomedical engineering is a great choice.



Biomedical engineers basically apply the knowledge of biomechanical, engineering and biology principles to design, develop and evaluate biological / health systems and products which includes artificial organs, medical information system, health management and care delivery systems, prostheses, instrumentations, etc.



With the advancements in technology, advent of new fields such as bio instrumentation, bio mechanics, bio material, clinical engineering, rehabilitation engineering, medical imaging, tissue & genetic engineering, systems psychology, bio informatics, etc. and a growing demand for replacement organs, the opportunities and demands for biomedical engineers is at an all time high and will continue to increase at an alarming rate.




Biomedical engineers require considerable knowledge of both biology and engineering, and typically have a master’s degree or PhD in biomedical engineering (BME).
