Don’t wear a suit





The company that provides free haircuts, gourmet foods or on-site doctors as perks of the job, are definitely concerned about employee comfort zone.



So, to make the applicants feel comfortable and relaxed, Bock suggests they don’t need to be in suit or pants. That is, wearing formals is not a mandate if you turn out a Google employee tomorrow.



But decent dressing is the remedy suggested!!
