Gender Wage Gap Closing in Developed Countries: Survey

According to the survey, 3 out of 5 employees denied to work at a firm that follows gender pay discrimination.



Younger adults in U.S., UK, and Canada are less likely to work for a firm inequality in compensation exists.



The companies, as per the survey, should also maintain transparency in the compensation practices for best talent acquisition. 



The scenario in India is overcoming its socio-cultural mindset and has jumped to 108th rank from the previous 145th rank on the latest global gender gap index by the World Economic Forum. Iceland made it to the top of the index again followed by Norway and Finland.
