Bangalore:  Are you an Intern? Then you have a perfect chance to dream about becoming a boss in just less than a decade if you are capable and smart enough in your professional life. And if you want some inspiration to dream big, here is George Hu the COO of Salesforce.com, who just acquired the COO post before he completed 10 years in this startup company. Hu started his profession as an intern at Salesforce.com, when it was just a three year old startup at the time he joined, reports Owen Thomas on the Business Insider website.

So, what may be the secret to Hu’s career success? Here’s Hu, who shared his top one secret with the Business Insider about how he achieved his career success as a COO of the company where he joined as an intern 10 years back.

Hu said that, he was not at all afraid of sharing his ideas with his seniors or with his colleagues even when he was just an intern in the company. During his internship, he had also proposed that Salesforce.com scale down its product for small businesses. After he completed his internship in the company, he said he didn’t expect anything of his suggestion will turn up to be true one day because when he returned back to the company as a full time employee, he was surprised to see the product which his colleagues had built, which is now called as Salesforce.com Group Edition.
