4. Biggest competitors:  Direct the recruiter with the question “Which are the companies that are its biggest competitors? If the Interviewer says that the company does not have any rivals, this indicates that the company is not a well established organization and it also has negative chances of growth and prosperity. Well established organizations do have competitor that is quite interrelated with the employee’s prospects.

Specifics of the job:  It is very important for you to learn the details of the job for which you are taking the interview, therefore, politely ask the recruiter to “Highlight the details of the job?” If he/she replies by saying that there is lot of job security and the work is quite enduring, that indirectly means that, you will have a fixed position and there is no opportunity of growth.
