Calculates success: It is advisable to ask the interviewer that “How the organization calculates its market success?” Never fail to analyze the answer of this question attentively as the reply to this question can give you a direct hint to decide on your final consideration of the job. If the interviewer gives a self constituted answer of this question that means he/she is making it up and the organization is not a suitable one for you to join.



3. Vacancy: Before appearing for the interview find out for how long the position in which you are applying for is vacant.  This is sure to give you an idea of whether the organization is a well established or not. If you find out that the position is abandoned for a long time just reject the offer. Well run organizations do not create vacancies rather they are always ready with the substitutes.
