Keep a humane approach
It's very important to be generous with everyone. Being humble does not always mean that you are allowing yourself to be taken for granted. But it's all about understanding and supporting the team members. You should be able to recognize others strengths and limitations. Try telling them in a friendly way but also in a way that shows you are in charge. Moreover you should not blame others for leadership failings.
