Bangalore: The hiring season is already over, and the records from top 16 B-schools in India demonstrate that companies were more cautious in 2012 in their recruitment strategy compared to last year, reports Saumya Bhattacharya, Devina Sengupta  and Sreeradha D Basu on “ The Economic Times”. 1. International Business Machine (IBM): The top spot is occupied by IBM this year, with an overall hiring of 96 candidates from the top B- schools. Moreover, it is reported that this American multinational company has hired more fresh talents from top B- Schools this year than it did last year. According to Chandrasekhar Sripada, VP and head HR at IBM India/South Asia, the company’s growth on the Indian subcontinent depends on how it finds its talent from top B-schools in the country. Chandrasekhar added that IBM will continue to create more opportunities for B- school graduates in India.
