Top Companies Recruiting from Indian B- Schools

Cognizant:  Tech giant Cognizant emerged in the second position, with a little less hiring than IBM as it has hired an overall of 90 top B- School graduates in India.  Headquartered in Teaneck New Jersey, United States, Cognizant has one MBA graduate for every 25 techies in the firm. This time the company has not just hired in volumes at top-tier Indian B-schools, but has also recruited graduates from B- schools in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Shankar Srinivasan, chief people officer at Cognizant opines that they have modified a client-engagement model for campuses to guarantee deeper engagement in all the key colleges they visit.

3. Infosys: Based in Bangalore India, Infosys comes third in the list of top recruiters from Indian B- Schools. This global leader in the “next generation” of IT and consulting with billion dollar revenues has hired an overall of 86 graduates from top B- Schools from across the country. This IT Company has hired majority of fresh talents from Narsee Monjee, Institute of Management Studies with the selection of 38 graduates from there. The other Institutes from where Infosys has made its selection were Faculty of Management Studies BHU (26) and IIM Lucknow( 8).
