Sleep- Deprived Indians Fail to Balance the Work and Personal Life

Bangalore: In India, 31 percent of the professionals have reported that, they have sacrificed their sleep in order to meet their personal and professional commitments, but still many people experiences that they are unable to balance both their personal and professional life equally.  With the trail of balancing their personal and professional life, many people either try to wake up early to start their daily routine or they will wake up till late night to windup their day’s work before going to sleep.




Though at the recent times, the flexible working hours has been deeply discussed in many firms across the world in order to reduce commuting or also to improve productivity, just around 60 percent of the companies are rewarding their management for encouraging the formation of a supple personnel, reports the global survey conducted by Regus, which was done by interviewing more than 24,000 business-people from over 90 different countries around the world, reports Sreeradha Basu of ‘The Economic Times’.
