41 percent of the workers who say that a shorter commute and 36 percent of people who say greater flexibility of location is needed, as it creates a great opportunity for them to spend more time with their families. Apart from that, it also allows them to take a small nap, when it comes to their personal life. Regarding their professional life, these benefits asked above can also be an advantage in the professional life as well, because these demands mentioned above can help the professionals in improving productivity, as 69 percent of people are of this opinion and 84 percent of the professionals believe that this method will help the company to retain staff.




Madhusudan Thakur, Regional Vice-President of South Asia, Regus, said that, as around 11 percent of the people have already taken leave due to sleep deprivation, it has become a key issue for all the businesses to address this issue as fast as possible.
