Training Specialist
Their main task is to develop training programs for employees in an organization. They arrange programs for new employees for company orientation or for technical cases like how to run machines or work a company's computer systems. Their job might be confined to the conference hall or office, travel in sites or projects and conduct sessions via internet. At the end, they often conduct sessions with the company personnel to determine the effectiveness of the trainings.
