Bangalore: Life can be unfair sometimes. While some are fortunate to relish success earlier in their life, some are destined to keep trying. For people belonging to the latter kind, patience and persistence play a key role in determining their success. So for those who plan to give up on their dreams just because of some initial hiccups we thought of putting together a list of people who experienced humble first jobs early in their life, but these people never gave up on their dreams and climbed the ladder only to be known as the most successful people in their respective fields, as reported by Business Insider.

Lloyd Blankfein
Blankfein is an American business executive and one of the most influential people on Wall Street. He is currently the CEO and Chairman of Goldman Sachs and he assumed this position in May 2006 with the nomination of former CEO Henry Paulson to United States Secretary of the Treasury.
As a boy, Blankfein didn’t have a lavish upbringing as he worked as a concession vendor at Yankee Stadium.
