The job interviews of these companies are bizarre task for candidates and one among them is Google which has been in the limelight for following these practices. Moreover, there are questions that have no answers and are designed to test real talent of candidates. Question: Why Are Manhole Covers Round?

The question of why manhole covers are typically round was then made famous by Microsoft when they began asking it as a job-interview question. Originally meant as a psychological assessment of how one approaches a question with more than one correct answer, this question used to get bizarre answers and explanations from the candidates back then and is eventually banned now because it’s just a lid to prevent anyone or anything from falling inside it.
