Bangalore: Have you thought that holding an MBA can help you to sustain in corporate world? Today, each and everyone tend to pursue an MBA even if they finished their professional studies in so and so. 1. Find the right MBA program for you



In today’s world, it is necessary to hold an MBA to enter into corporate world, but you have got to find out the MBA program which is right for your career growth. As most of the firms are putting pressure to its senior leaders to go back to the University and get one. Christine Ricci of B.E. Smith leadership recruiting firm, who is in-charge of managing marketing and public relations said to BI, "I think it's more important to find the program that's a good fit for you”.



If you're fresh out of undergraduate studies, a business school that focuses on seasoned professionals probably is not the best fit, Ricci added.
