2. Do it if you are sure of it



The owner of Right Recruiting, Jeff Zinser suggests it is better to go for an MBA but make sure you are doing it for right reasons. Even though, an MBA cannot just be credential, nowadays, above-average MBAers are valued by most employers. Before, applying for an MBA, it is better if you would have analyzed your motives to do it, is that because your company pushes you to get one, or because you need a career shift or for learning new skills. It will help you choosing your right MBA program.
