1. Austria



Since the World Bank started recording the statistic rate in 1982, Austria has continued to be with very less jobless rate. Over 50 percent of the work folks are working full-time for an employer here. Even during the recession period, Austria could maintain a highest employment rate among all European Union countries. Companies here could reduce the working hours as Austria government had subsidized it. Being one of the richest countries, Austria could also bring up a high standard of living. This central European country holds a well-developed social market economy as well.
