2. Belarus



With an above-average GDP growth, the Eastern European country, Belarus has had on the top list since mid-2000s. With 10.5 percent, in 2010, Belarus has been in the top list of countries according the highest industrial growth rate. Though, over 50 percent of the workforce work full-time for an employer, according to the CIA report, there are a large number of underemployed labors who are hired for part-time under ‘public works programme’. Belarus has a more number of female employees compared to the number of male employees. Industrial factories are occupied with one quarter of the employed. Sectors like agriculture, manufacturing sales, trading goods and education are also contributing to the employment rate.
