After the so-called Japanese post-war economic miracle, for last five years this country has witnessed remarkably very low GDP growth. The Country’s biggest auto industry has been disparagingly affected by last year’s earthquake and tsunami. According to CIA, among the 215 countries, Japan has witnessed the 14th largest decline. Though, after U.S. and China, Japan is the largest national economy in the world. Japan’s more than 50 percent of the work force are working full-time for an employer.
