A human resources specialist helps business firms to unearth proficient talent and place them in a position that best suits them. These professionals also aid their employers to retain the talent within the organization. As per the size of the business organization, the responsibilities of these professionals can include training, recruitment, employee benefits, hiring, termination, job enrichment, compensation, relocation, outplacement, etc. These professionals include placement and employment managers; placement, recruitment and employment specialists; and benefits, compensation and job analysis specialists.
